• Accompany and provide transportation for shopping, lunch, doctor appointments
• Meal planning, preparation & shopping for groceries
• Connecting with love ones whether writing letters, emails, phone calls or FaceTime
• Travel companion: whether it’s to a family event on the mainland or a vacation the client would like to take, EOS will assist with coordination of required needs, along with accompanying the client to ensure safe travel to the event and returning to home
• Wellness checks: brief visits to ensure meals are eaten, medications taken
